Site Summary: The State of Alabama Client Assistance Program (SACAP) provides advocacy services for Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS) consumers and applicants for services.

Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) is a state and federally funded program housed within ADRS. VRS provides specialized employment services and training to help Alabamians with disabilities get and keep jobs.
