Indian Legal and Policy Resources

India has a similar law to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA). It is know as Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act 1995 (Act 1 of 1996) Below is a link to a history and explanation of this act.
